We are looking for an Accounting Assistant to help with the preparation of various financial statements. The ideal candidate will have experience handling account reconciliation, accounts payable, processing check requests and more. We’re looking for a candidate who has strong attention to detail, a solid understanding of generally accepted accounting principles and experience with general office tasks. Job Description Reconcile bank statements by comparing transactions to the general ledger. Maintain accounting documents and records, ensuring all files are up to date. Ensuring payments, amounts and records are correct. Working with spreadsheets, sales and purchase ledgers and journals. Liaising with third party providers, clients and suppliers. Updating and maintaining procedural documentation. Skills Additional skills which may benefit anyone considering a job as a Accounting Assistant include: Ability to work as part of a team and take direction accurately. Excellent communication skills and quick learner. Attention to detail and good record-keeping skills are a must. Has knowledge about Tally software and other accounting softwares Good team working abilities. Location Eeki (Branch Office), Kota, Rajasthan Experience Preferred experience is 1-2 years.
